CLARENS QUILT FESTIVAL

Winter in the Free State means Quilt in Clarens. The annual festival has grown from childhood to adulthood. It is the only annual quilt festival in the Free State and has grown over the last ten years from 7 to 330 participants.

The festival has a unique relaxing character due to the locality and the personal touch to everything. This year there will be 5 classes every day. The classes are small and students get lots of personal attention. It is the ideal get away for the beginner quilter and those that want to quilt in a relaxed environment.
